Domestic Shipping

The shipping department can ship to any street address or PO Box within the continental United States.

Wrong Shipping Addresses

When you checkout please check to make sure your shipping address is correct we can not be responsible for shipping products to the wrong address you have provided.

Patients Medical takes your personal privacy seriously. Because we value our relationship with you, we do not sell customer information or share it with any organization at any time

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled or changed. If your order has not shipped by the time you contact us, we can update the address.

Processing Time

We ship our products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please expect longer delivery times on holidays or long holiday weekends.

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via UPS, USPS First Class, or Priority Mail. We provide delivery confirmation on all orders. Delivery times will differ by city. Delivery takes roughly 4 to 6 business days from the time your order leaves our shipping center.

International

International orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International, or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers will be given, but remember tracking information will not be available until after the package is delivered. Shipping rates are subject to adjustment based on international locations.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply. We do not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country/local policies of taxes and duties and to go by those. It is your responsibility to know if your country’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

If you do not see your country of residence listed in our drop-down list, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country.

Checking Your Order Status

When we ship your order you will get a shipment confirmation email. Your order will be shipped and processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order. You should get your order to 6 business days from the time your order leaves our shipping center. Holidays not included.

The confirmation email will also have your tracking information. To track your order visit the carrier’s website. Get the carrier 48 hours to scan and input your tracking info. It’s rare but on occasion, a carrier will not update tracking until after delivery. So we would not be able to give any further information until the delivery window is done.

Lost or Stolen Packages

immuneFence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you think your package has been misplaced and it has been confirmed to arrive please contact USPS, DHL, or UPS to open a claim. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to be able to complete that claim.
